We founded Urban Gateway in 2019 recognizing the strides many global technology players are making in proving technology solutions for climate change and our unique position to identify technology fit for Asia Pacific markets and conduct product testing and building local companies to deploy technology.

We have has proven our business thesis, having successfully acquired three technologies and built out three diverse climate action driven portfolio companies in multi-billion-dollar market segments related to Waste-to-Energy, Cooling Efficiency and Virtual Power. EnerWaste and EnerCool now have their own management teams, have raised outside capital at the portfolio company level and are positioned for significant growth, and EnerCloud has entered the pilot phase. All three portfolio companies are Hong Kong based with an initial focus on Greater China, and with plans to begin to expand to the ASEAN region in 2023
